21st Jan '07 – CPG (Saint Week)-
This was a special CPG as the Saint of the CPG was finalized and announced to all the family members Saint Therese of Lisieux. Thank God it was the Third Sunday of the month so we had our Chaplian Fr .Vincent with us to share and teach everyone about our CPG Patron.
It was also a special week as the P & W was totally different and people were divided into groups and each and every person had to pray for the person on the right of them. There were many people who were praying for there first time publicly and it was a wonderful experience that each one had as each person was actively involved in the P & W.

25th Jan '07 – Journey to Nagpur for the National Leaders Gathering '07. There were 31 people from Andhra Pradesh - 23 from Hyderabad, 3 from Vijayawada, 2 from Warangal, 1 from Gudivada, 1 from Adilabad and 1 from Visakapatnam.

26th to 28th Jan '07 – National Leaders Gathering '07 at Nagpur. Everyone had an excellent time there and received lots of food for thought. The detailed report will follow soon.

28th Jan '07 –
11:00am to 1:00pm –Praise & Worship (with the Exposition of the Holy Eucharist) for and by the JMJ School of Nursing Studrnts and Annette shared her Testimony with them.

8:30 pm to 10:30 pm – There was a meeting to discuss the JYAP Vision '07. It was decided in the meeting that Prakash & Vijay will have a night vigil and then finalize the Vision.

10:00 pm to 3:00 am – Night Vigil – Prakash & Vijay for the JYAP Vision '07.

Saturday
11:00 am to 4:00 pm –There was a wonderful time of Praise and Worship, followed by a time of sharing and an update of all the programs that happened in 2006. After which there was the Music Ministry Meetings and the CPG Team meeting

Wednesday 10th Jan '07 –
7:00 am – 8:00 am - A team of 3 people (Prakash, Eabin & Ashwin) had a meeting to prepare the questionnaire (which consisted of Self Evaluation, Key focus areas '06, Planning '07, Key Focus Areas '07, Ministries and Formation) to be filled by the Service Team for the Saturday Service Team meeting "Evaluation (2006) and Planning (2007) of JYHYD/AP".

Friday 12th Jan '07 –
7:00 am – 8:00 am - The team (Prakash, Eabin & Ashwin) met up again to finalize the agenda and the schedule.
7:30 pm to 9:30 pm – There was a meeting at Emmaus with our JY National Asst. Coordinator Soji Chetta. He arrived in Hyderabad in the morning and was on his way to Nagpur to help for the arrangements of the leaders gathering there. He left Hyderabad at 10:00 pm after a good time of prayer and a delicious fellowship meal with all present.

Saturday 13th Jan '07 –
Service Team Meeting in Nalgonda at our JY Animators house (Adolf Chetta's and Lucy Chechi's) on the JYHYD Evaluation of 2006 and JYHYD/AP Planning for 2007.
4:30 pm to 5:30 pm - Music Ministry Meeting

Monday 1st Jan '07 – There was New Year Celebrations followed by an hour of Prayer at Emmaus soon after the midnight mass.

Saturday 6th Jan '07 –
10:30 am to 2:00 pm – Service Team meeting
The following were discussed -
· The Nagpur Leadership Training Program details,
· Details regd. the next JYHYD Evaluation & Planning for 2007 meeting by the Service Team,
· Gunadala Matha Shrine YOV Program and Jesus Youth Involvement in that program etc
· 4:00 pm – 5-30 pm Music Ministry Meeting and the inauguration of the new Drums

Sunday 7th Jan '07 –
· 1:30 pm to 2:40 pm - CPG Team meeting.
· Vignan had a meeting in Vijayawada with the 4 AP Youth Directors regarding JY.
